BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & POLICIES
All sales are FINAL.
★ No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted, especially for P4P or pre-order items.
★ If there is something you'd like to change about your order ( combined items, change of address, etc ) please contact me via email or contact form before the order is shipped out.
★ If there are incorrect or missing items in your order, please let me know ASAP and I will do my best to fix the error.
★ I make sure all my products are in good condition before I ship it, therefore I am not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. However, depending on the severity of the damage, you can take a picture of it and we can figure something out!
★ I am not in control of the post office. Once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed mail. Please contact me if anything does happen to your package & I will do my best to accomodate. Please only contact me about a lost order only after the approximate wait period, especially for international orders.
Pre-orders.
★ Some pins will only be put into production after a set amount of pre-sale orders are sold. If the minimum number is not met by end of pre-order period, refunds will be sent out to those who bought beforehand.
★ Any in-hands in the same order as pre-orders will be sent out when pre-orders arrive. Please place separate orders if you do not want to wait.★ Pre-orders will always have the best of the bunch.
★ Because POs are needed for production, they cannot be refunded or cancelled once they go into production. Please be aware of this before you buy.
Combined Shipping.
★ If you want to place another order while a previous one has not been fulfilled yet, SEND ME AN EMAIL for a code before placing a second order.
★ Multiple orders will NOT automatically be combined. Please send an email with address changes ASAP. Excess shipping will be refunded once orders start getting packed.
★ Some refunds will only be a partial instead of the whole shipping amount depending on the weight of the combined orders and the method you paid with.
★ I cannot combine orders if shipping labels have already been created.★ Please note that Stripe and PayPal charge a fee for each refund. You will not be reimbursed for that fee.
★ Refunds can take 2-3 business days to process back to your bank or PayPal account.
★ If I've made a mistake and did not combine orders, PLEASE let me know within 24 hours of receiving the shipping email.
P4P Policies.
★ P4P pins are ungraded. Buying these pins acknowledges that you may receive a pin with flaws. I will try not to send out any that have glaring flaws ( missing enamel, heavy scratches etc )
★ Limits vary depending on the pins. Please see each listing for specific limits.
★ Trading & reselling P4P is allowed ONLY for D+S+S price or trades with similar/same price.
★ Do not resell for higher.
★ Per her policies, all Xue/Xevnne P4P cannot be resold. Trading is okay but please do not buy just to have for traders. Please respect the artist's rules.
